WHO AM I?
I'm Johannes Flood and I'm the creator behind the Health By Design Academy.
I'm been working in the health- and fitness scene for over two decades and for the last six years I've been running my own coaching business full time in a fully equipped gym- and box facility.
For me, training is part of life; a vital part but there is so much more in life than good looks in the mirror or achieving that sought after personal record.
I very seldom make any promises but I will tell you this. During the HBD course you will never have a session about diets, calories, burning fat or various exercises for muscle gain.
